1. Resistance to Change: Teachers resisted adopting IT skills due to their familiarity with traditional teaching methods.

2. Time Constraints: Public sector teachers faced limited time for professional development due to heavy workloads and demanding schedules.

Solutions: 

1. Online Resource Libraries: Created repositories of IT tutorials, guides, videos, and other materials for teachers to access and learn at their own pace.

2. Self-paced Learning Modules: Developed independent learning modules with videos, activities, quizzes, and assessments supported by discussion forums and online mentoring.

3. Online Communities and Forums: Established online platforms for teachers to connect, collaborate, and share experiences and resources in IT skills.
