Main Challenges: 

1. The face-to-face full-day training session was content-heavy and time-consuming.

2. The learner did not gain any practical takeaways to apply when they returned to their role.

1. Transformation of face-to-face training content to an online format

2. Design of  infographics for key training material

3. Develop a toolkit in PDF format for easy access

4. Record and edit videos with Junior doctors and subject matter experts
